Your big day. One of the most important in your life.
He asked, you said yes...now the planning begins. We realize it isn't every day that you organize a wedding. Let us put our 10+ years of experience to use and answer any questions you may have about your photography and videography needs.
What do you need from us before the wedding?
We will need your signed contract with all of the information for your big day filled in, as well as the terms and conditions with a non-refundable deposit to hold your date. We would be more than happy to schedule a meeting with you to cover any and all of your questions and get to know you a little better. However, we understand that your time is precious and if it is more convenient to handle everything over the phone we can do that as well.
When is my final payment due?
Your final payment is due on or before your wedding, whichever works best for you.
How long do you stay and shoot at the reception?
We stay for about 1 hour after your feature dance starts. This way we can get all of the main events of the evening as well as some fun dancing photos. If you can fit your bouquet and garter toss into this hour we would love to capture that for you as well.
What is the benefit of a candid photographer?
As hard as I try I still haven't found a way to be in two places at once. While I'm shooting your formal portraits or your first dance the candid photographer will be getting your flower girl napping in a pew and your Grandmother busting a move on the dance floor. You get a different perspective of the day and twice as many memories.
How long does it take to get my photos back?
I will have a small selection of highlight photos available for you within the week of your wedding. It usually takes between 4-8 weeks to finish the rest. I like to put a personal touch on each of your photos so when you get them back they are perfect.
How far do you travel?
We will go anywhere. We do charge a mileage fee for weddings that are out of our area but would love to be with you on your special day to capture all of the memories you'll be making.
Will my photos be available online?
Yes, all of your photos will be available for a year in our online gallery. You will have a password provided to you to share with all of your guests so they may also order photos at their convenience.
Do you retain the copyright of the photos?
Yes, as your photographer I will retain the copyright of the images. However, I always provide a written and signed copyright release for you allowing unlimited personal use and printing of your photos.
